Can you commit to honoring our scheduled appointments by arriving ON TIME? Will you demonstrate a respect for our time by communicating at least 12 hours in advance if you need to reschedule?

Yes!

To ensure timely and respectful use of my services, a fee of $50 will be charged for missed or forgotten appointments, as well as for cancellations with less than 12 hours notice. Please note that failure to pay this fee will result in the forfeiture of future appointments. Do you agree to this?

Will you put in sufficient effort and take responsibility for your part to ensure the success of your event? Will you set aside the expectation that I will do everything for you? Will you commit to view this as a partnership instead of expecting me to rescue you (or your event) from any potential embarrassment, chaos, or mishaps?

Absolutely!

Do you agree to book support well IN ADVANCE of your event/project? (Event Support requires 60 days notice; Other services require on average 2 weeks notice).

That's fair!

Are you willing to acknowledge that a lack of preparation on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part? Do you agree to pay an agreed upon emergency support fee if sufficient notice is not provided?
